SCOPE

The third Remote Sensing Symposium (RSS) "21st Century Challenges" will take place in Wageningen on 8 September 2011. Following successful events in Amsterdam and Delft, RSS 2011 will bring together scientists and professionals to share their experience in the field of remote sensing science and applications. It will be a special edition, combined with the inaugural address of the new professor Remote Sensing of Wageningen University for which all participants are warmly invited.

The Symposium is organized by and focuses on PhD students primarily, but provides a forum for the research community and related industries as well. Topics for presentation may include atmospheric, aquatic and terrestrial remote sensing. PhD students, post-doc researchers and other delegates from The Netherlands and surrounding countries are welcomed to submit abstracts for oral or poster presentation during the symposium.
