The GRS internship procedure is worked out in the following 6 steps:

1. Intake
2. Choosing an academic internship provider and GRS supervisor
3. Internship contract
4. Internship work
5. Internship evaluation
6. Final grading and deliverables


1. Intake

3. Internship contract

4. Internship work

arranging at least 1 progress meeting, preferably on location; in case the internship is outside the Netherlands arrange at least 1 video conference meeting or alternative (Skype / Hyves)

5. Internship evaluation

approval of the internship report

planning an evaluation date

delivering a digital copy of the final internship report to the supervisors at least 1 week before the evaluation date

delivering an abstract of the internship report (max 0.5 A4) for the GRS website at least 1 week before the evaluation date

delivering a self reflection report of the internship and MGI study at least 1 week before the evaluation date

filling in the internship provider evaluation form and send a copy of the filled in form to the GRS supervisor

6. Final grading and deliverables
