Based on the workshop on 'Trends in Geoinformation' held in Wageningen in 2004, a special issue in the International Journal of Applied Earth Observation and Geoinformation (JAG) will appear soon, which will feature 5 peer reviewed articles plus an editorial from WUR/CGI. The articles have been written as joint endavour of PhD students and senior experts on a topic of their interest.
